Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
After placing your order, we immediately start processing it. Physical product orders are shipped within 7 business days. Digital products are available instantly via email. However, there may be instances where we are unable to meet this timeline, such as when products are out of stock, which may result in a slightly longer delivery time.
The listed prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart after you have added your products.
Delivery is carried out by postal services or various courier companies. You will receive a shipping confirmation after we have handed the package over to the carrier. Generally, delivery will take place within 3 business days between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Orders destined for Belgium may have a slightly longer delivery time. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
At present, Sajenn only delivers within the Netherlands and Belgium.
I Provided the Wrong Shipping Address!
If an incorrect shipping address has been provided by mistake, we kindly request that you contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to amend the address before processing. If the package has already been dispatched, we regret that we cannot make any changes. We would like to clarify that Sajenn is not responsible for incorrectly entered data, and no rights can be derived from this. All costs incurred to redirect the package to the correct address will be borne by the customer.
Cooling-Off Period/Returns
Products that are not custom-made can be returned within 14 days of purchase. For full details, please refer to our Right of cancellation.
Withdrawal rights do not apply to custom-made products. The sale becomes final upon successful payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Once we have received the returned item, and if everything is in order, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.
