Article 1: Definitions
- Sajenn with the website name Sajenn.eu: the user of these Right of Withdrawal terms, located in Geldrop, registered in the Chamber of Commerce under registration number 83543708.
- Consumer: any natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business.
- User: Any natural person or legal entity using the website, products, services, and courses of Sajenn (with or without a user account).
- Agreement: any agreement concluded between Sajenn.eu and the Consumer/User through the order process on the Website, in the context of which Sajenn.eu has undertaken, against payment, to deliver Products, Services, Courses, and/or Subscriptions to the Consumer/User.
- Website: www.Sajenn.eu
- Products, services, courses, and subscriptions: all items to be delivered by Sajenn.eu to the Consumer/User in the context of the agreement. This can be physical or online.
- In Writing: in addition to traditional written communication, communication by email or any other means of communication that can be equated with it in view of the state of the art and prevailing social norms.
- Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer/User can exercise their right of withdrawal.
- Day: calendar day.
- Right of cancellation: these Right of Withdrawal Terms of Sajenn.
- Digital content: data produced and delivered in digital form.
Article 2: Cooling-off Period
- Sajenn applies the statutory cooling-off period/return policy of 14 days for the return of products, services, courses, and subscriptions. After this period, costs will be incurred for the User. Please note that products not purchased remotely do not have a cooling-off period.
- The cooling-off period for physical products starts from the date of delivery.
- For non-physical products (digital), the cooling-off period starts from the moment of availability.
- For services and courses, the cooling-off period starts from the confirmation of the agreement.
- Exceptions:
- Products and courses that are custom-made according to the User’s requirements cannot be returned.
- Donations cannot be returned.
- The cooling-off period expires when:
- The seal of physical products and/or courses is broken or opened.
- For online products and/or courses (digital), they have been downloaded, activated, or used.
- An extra reminder will be provided in advance.
- A course with personal contact on-site or remotely has started.
- If services have been provided during the cooling-off period, the cooling-off period remains unchanged, but the delivered services will be charged.
- If the product has decreased in value due to its use in a different way and a return is still applicable, only a portion of the purchase amount will be refunded.
- If the User withdraws from the agreement, Sajenn must refund the payments received from the User, excluding any separately charged shipping costs. Sajenn will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
- Sajenn may refuse the refund until the products, services, and courses are in possession and have been inspected, or the User has demonstrated that the goods have been returned, depending on the situation.
- The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the User.
- Sajenn is not obligated to reimburse any costs other than the purchase price of the product.
- The User must return the goods without delay, but no later than 14 days after the day on which the User informed Sajenn of the decision to withdraw from the agreement. The User is on time if the goods are returned before the 14-day period has expired.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to info@sajenn.eu within the 14-day cooling-off period with the decision to withdraw from the agreement. Include “Right of Withdrawal” in the subject line. Additionally, at least the following information must be provided in the email:

- A photo of the condition for physical products.
- Ordered on dd-mm-yyyy and received on dd-mm-yyyy:
- Order number:
- Name/names of the consumer(s):
- Address of the consumer(s):
- Phone:
- Email:
- Signature:
- Date:
Article 3: Changes
Sajenn reserves the right to unilaterally amend, supplement, and/or modify these right of withdrawal terms at any time, without an obligation and/or notice to inform users thereof. The most recent version of the right of withdrawal terms can be found on the relevant part of the Sajenn website, typically where the purchase was made. Refer to the footer for this information.
Article 4: Dispute Resolution
- Dutch law applies to the legal relationship between Sajenn and the User.
- If a provision of these terms is found to be null and void or unenforceable, the Parties shall remain bound by the other provisions. The Parties shall replace the null and void and/or unenforceable provision(s) with an enforceable provision whose purport comes as close as possible to that of the provision(s) to be replaced, within the context of these terms.
- All disputes between Sajenn and the User shall be settled by the competent court of the North Brabant District Court, location Eindhoven, unless provisions of mandatory law lead to the jurisdiction of another court.
- The court will only consider a dispute if the User has first filed a complaint with Sajenn and this has not led to a satisfactory solution for both parties.
- A fee is due for the treatment of a dispute.
