Het hout van de populier staat bekend om zijn lichte gewicht, zachte structuur en relatief snelle groei. Het wordt veel gebruikt in verschillende toepassingen, waaronder meubels, binnenhuisarchitectuur, en ja, zelfs in de bouw van <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/sajenn.eu\/nl-camper\/kampeerauto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">campers<\/a><\/em><\/strong>.
